System Recommendations for Blackboard 7.3
To use UTC's online course delivery system (Blackboard), your system must meet minimal technical requirements.

Which browsers work with Blackboard 7.3
If you are having problems with Blackboard, your browser may not have 128bit encryption enabled or it may be too old a
version to use 128bit encryption. All of the browsers officially supported by Blackboard 6 are able to use 128bit encryption.

*Windows Vista/XP users should be aware of the Firefox 3.0 bug in Blackboard listed on the UTC Online home page. Also, when using Firefox with Windows Vista for Blackboard, you need to update to the latest versions of Firefox and Java.

Browser Set-up for Blackboard 7.3
JavaScript must be enabled.
Cookies must be enabled.
Pop-up windows need to be enable for some testing in Blackboard, depending on how the instructor sets up their test.
If you wish to use the Chat feature in Blackboard, JavaScript and pop-up windows must be enabled.
