Assign: Use this form to have a class assigned to you. This form is only for faculty and staff who are teaching a class. Student submissions will not be processed.
Combine: Use this form to combine sections of a class. For example, you are teaching PSY 101 Sections 001, 002, and 003 and you want all students from these classes in a single UTC Online class.
Ask to be assigned to courses as a course coordinator: Instructors can add their own Teaching Assistant and/or Co-Instructor using the Control Panel. Please do not submit this form unless you are a course coordinator and need to coordinate several courses.
Remove current semester course: If a course was not assigned to the correct instructor, use this form to have the class removed from your current semester class list.
Remove previous semester course: Use this form to have a course removed from a previous semester.
