UTC Online which is powered by Blackboard Learn is UTC's Learning Management System that faculty can use to deliver course content, communicate with students, enable student interaction, and provide online assignments and assessments. UTC Online can be used for traditional face-to-face courses, fully online, or for hybrid courses.
UTC Online receives information from Banner about all current classes, instructors, and students. This information is updated hourly within UTC Online. Thus, the information contained on UTC Online reflects what is recorded in Banner. However, up-to-the-minute and official records should always be retrieved from Banner. Banner contains the official record of all of the courses you are registered for in a current semester. You may be registered for more classes than what is indicated in UTC Online.
If you do not see your class on UTC Online, your instructor may not be using UTC Online. Ask your instructor if s/he is using UTC Online for your class. If your instructor is, ask if the course has been made available for students to view it.
